Google Services Integration

Google Calendar Access

We request read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.events.readonly scope) to:

Important: We never modify, create, or delete calendar events. This access is strictly read-only.

Google Docs Access

We request read-only access to Google Docs (documents.readonly scope) to:

Read Google Docs that are attached to your calendar events
Generate summaries of meeting notes for your AI assistant
Help you prepare for meetings by understanding existing notes

Important Limitations:

We only access Google Docs that are explicitly attached to calendar events
We never access your other Google Docs
We never edit, create, or delete any documents
All access is user-initiated through your AI assistant
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google account settings

Google User Data Disclosure

To provide our meeting preparation service, we transfer specific Google user data (calendar events and attached document content) to our third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) for processing. This is done solely to generate meeting briefs, summaries, and research.

We affirm that:

We do not sell Google user data to any third parties.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
We do not share Google user data with any third parties other than the AI providers necessary to provide the features of the application.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
